Salon policies

We want you to have the most enjoyable visit to Vine Hair but we do have some salon policies we would appreciate you reading through before your visit.

Colour Patch Tests

ALL new clients and those who have NOT had a colour with us for 6 months will be required to have a patch test done at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.

We recommend booking your patch test in when you book your colour. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your appointment.

If a patch test is not completed within that time frame we will not be able to proceed with your appointment. This will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited or a cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment

It is so important to us that colouring your hair is a safe and enjoyable process, patch testing gives both you and your stylist that peace of mind.

Deposits

Upon booking a colour appointment with us we require a £100 deposit. This is redeemable against your appointment.

We ask that the deposit is paid within 24 hours, if not your appointment will be released.

Cancellations

We request a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellation, reschedule or amendment to your appointment. After this time your deposit will be non refundable and or a cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.

Your appointment

We understand child care can be an issue but we ask, where possible, please don’t bring young children to your appointment. We are only a small salon, so space is a premium and we want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy their visit.

Please arrive on time to your appointment.

A minimum of 72 hrs notice is required of cancellation or any amendment to the existing booking.
